Ανακοίνωση & Αναλυτικό Πρόγραμμα του 5th Spring International Bellydance Competition !!!

O αναβληθείς Διαγωνισμός Οριεντάλ “5th Spring International Bellydance Competition” που διοργανώνει το Oriental Expression Awards, θα πραγματοποιηθεί την Κυριακή 21 Μαρτίου 2021 στην Αρχιτεκτονική – Live Stage στο Γκάζι.

Στον ίδιο χώρο θα πραγματοποιηθούν και τα Σεμινάρια Bellydance και Tribal Fusion το Σάββατο 20 Μαρτίου 2021 (13.00 – 19.00)

Με αίσθημα ευθύνης και επειδή πολλοί συμμετέχοντες μας ρωτάνε, σας ενημερώνουμε ότι θα ληφθούν όλα τα μέτρα προστασίας ώστε ο Διαγωνισμός να διεξαχθεί με ασφάλεια.

• Δυνατότητα των συμμετεχόντων να διαγωνιστούν εξ αποστάσεως με την αποστολή της Χορογραφίας τους στους Διοργανωτές. (Οι βαθμολογίες θα προσαρτηθούν αυτόματα στον πίνακα βαθμολογιών, ώστε να γίνει η τελική ανακήρυξη των νικητών).
• Απολύμανση του χώρου διεξαγωγής Σεμιναρίων, Show και Διαγωνισμού
• 3 Διαδοχικές Τελετές Ανακήρυξης και Απονομής ώστε να αποφευχθεί ο Συνωστισμός. Η διαδικασία Ανακήρυξης και Απονομής Τροπαίων, Μεταλλίων, Διακρίσεων και Δώρων, θα χωριστεί σε τρία μέρη, ώστε να διευκολυνθούν οι θεατές, οι γονείς και οι συμμετέχοντες να αποχωρήσουν – εάν το επιθυμούν - αμέσως μετά την Απονομή.
• Κατά προσέγγιση ενημέρωση των συμμετεχόντων για την ώρα προσέλευσης, ώστε να μην δημιουργηθεί μεγάλος συνωστισμός (Δείτε παρακάτω το αναλυτικό Πρόγραμμα Διαγωνισμού)
• Παράλληλα, σαν Διοργάνωση, παρακολουθούμε τις ανακοινώσεις των επίσημων φορέων και θα λειτουργήσουμε με βάση τις αποφάσεις τους.

 Dear friends,

The "5th Spring International Bellydance Competition" organized by the Oriental Expression Awards, has been rescheduled to:

SUNDAY, 21st March, 2021, at the Architektoniki - Live Stage in Gazi.

The Bellydance and Tribal Fusion Seminars will be held at the same venue on:

SATURDAY, March 20th, 2021 (13:00 – 19:00).

 In accordance with the ongoing COVID-19 directives, we inform you that all necessary preventive measures will be applied, for the safety of all the participants of the "5th Spring International Bellydance Competition". Please note the following:

• Participants can compete remotely by sending their Choreography to the Organizers. (The scores will be automatically attached to the scoreboard, so that the final announcement of the winners can be made).
• Disinfection of the venue for the Seminars, the Show and the Competition.
• 3 Consecutive Announcement and Award Ceremonies to avoid Crowding. The process of announcing and awarding Trophies, Medals, Certificates and Gifts will be divided into three parts, in order to facilitate the audience, parents and participants to leave - if they wish - immediately after the Awards ceremony.
• Participants will be informed with a specific time table well ahead of time, so as not to create a large crowd (See below the detailed time table)
• Also, as the Organizers, we will follow the official directives of the Government.
